Art and Soul Innovations, a statewide social justice nonprofit and the parent organization behind Proud Theater, is seeking a Treasurer to join our Board of Directors and help us continue empowering LGBTQ+ leaders. This is a great opportunity to give back to the community and support marginalized youth throughout Wisconsin. Our Board typically meets monthly in Madison.
The Treasurer is responsible for maintaining financial records for Art and Soul. They have authority to receive and disburse funds for authorized expenditures and is responsible to the Board for all financial transactions. A solid background of financial record-keeping and policies will give us the foundation to continue building on our mission throughout Wisconsin.
